We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Studio Sales Manager to join our Corporate Studio Team. The Corporate Studio Sales manager, you will play a key role in supporting the corporate studio teams with membership conversions, conversations , first time trial participation, lead engagement, marketing outreach, and sales processes across assigned corporate studio locations. The Corporate Studio Sales Manager serves as the first and last point of contact in each member's in-studio experience, and assures direct communication with studio teams to provide a seamless member experience from trial to enrollment.

The General Manager - F45 / FS8 Soco will:

  • Be required to support early mornings, evenings, and weekend work depending on daily operating needs of the corporate owned studios.
  • Service as the first point of contact for all incoming studio leads in partnership with Membership Support Specialists, in person within the Austin HQ building.
  • Organize, implement, and/or participate in networking/community events and studio promotions to generate new business.
  • Maintain consistent visibility at the front of house in Austin HQ and establish relationships with current and future members entering the F45 and FS8 Soco Lab studios, and remotely for additionally assigned corporate studios.
  • Consistently place outbound sales phone calls and SMS messaging and maintain responsibility for all inbound inquiries related to all corporate owned studios.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail related to all member engagements and member activities.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to continuously evolve with and implement new methods in the sales process and membership offerings.
  • Maintain professional attire and physical presence as the face of member engagement.
  • Achieve all sales targets and maintain consistent revenue growth across all studios.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the benefits of HIIT, Pilates, and group training modalities
  • Relevant 2 years sales experience, preferred in a boutique fitness setting
  • Organized and proficient in Google Workplace and POS systems
  • Punctual and Reliable
