Corporate Partner with book of business ? all offices: Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add experienced corporate transactional partners with books of business to its offices in Dallas, Los Angeles Austin, Waco, and Austin. Ideal Miami. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Candidates must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Desired qualifications include: At least 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills Book of business required (at least $500K ideal) Licensed in Texas Texas, Florida, or California
