Candidates should have at least have 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional work, in general, and private equity and/or M&A work, in specific, at a nationally recognized law firm. Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting, analytical and writing skills, and a client-team focused approach is a must. Qualified applicants should include a resume and copy of law school transcript with their application. The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000.
