Job Description

Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with three to six years of commercial lending experience in a variety of private credit, syndicated loan and other leveraged finance transactions. Experience working on middle market private-equity-backed leveraged finance transactions helpful. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
