Barley Snyder, a regional law firm with more than 130 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate/Business Paralegal in our Reading office. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of law firm experience. Prior experience in the following areas will be beneficial: entity name reservations; formation documents; qualifications; mergers and dissolutions; corporate due diligence; tracking and maintaining multiple entities, initial drafting of basic corporate documents and various agreements. Familiarity with SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions and securities work a plus. A four-year college degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Ideal candidates would possess excellent communication, organizational and client service skills.
