Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate to join our transactional practice to join our Uniondale, Long Island or NYC office. Represent mid-market business in transactional and governance matters. Provide support on corporate and real estate matters to partners and senior associates. Counsel clients on entity formation and corporate governance. Draft ancillary documents for M & A transactions. JD required; JD/MBA preferred. The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $225,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
