We have an immediate opening for an attorney with 7+ years of transactional experience in business law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations, secured financings, commercial real estate and leasing. Experience working with tribal entities or public agencies is a plus. This position is based out of our Bend, Oregon office and candidates must be admitted to practice in Oregon.
