Corporate Associate

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its corporate group in the Washington, DC office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team.

Located along Constitution Avenue just across from the U.S. Capitol, the Washington office is staffed with individuals with years of experience at the forefront of political, business, litigation, regulatory, and diplomatic developments.

Representing clients around the country and the world, the firm and its Washington presence enhance our reputation as a full-service law firm. With an office in one of the world's power centers, Nelson Mullins can serve as an advocate for clients from within its footprint and beyond.

For entry-level candidates, you graduated from law school in 2024 or 2025 and possess transactional internship experience. For lateral candidates, you possess at least 1 but no more than 4 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting. Fluency in Korean, both spoken and written, is preferred. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are a member of the Washington, DC bar or eligible to apply for admission.
