Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a corporate associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs. You have 3 to 6 years of meaningful experience in affordable housing or real estate practice. You're knowledgeable in developer representation and financing for residential and commercial projects. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills and are a member of the Florida bar. With more than 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, e-discovery professionals and other business professionals across offices in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and throughout North Carolina and South Carolina Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
