Corporate Associate

McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Corporate Associate with 1 ? 4 years of corporate transactional experience to join our growing Corporate and Tax Group. The position is open to sit in our Pittsburgh, Philadelphia (Radnor), Harrisburg, or Lancaster office.

In this role, the successful candidate will work directly with clients on a variety of sophisticated corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, as well as advising on regulatory compliance and business succession planning.

Desired Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in PA
• 1-4 years of experience in general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions
• Broad knowledge of general corporate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven and detail oriented
