Job Description

We are searching for junior associate to join our Corporate group in our Boston office. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings and/or growth and private equity, but also might have experience with mergers & acquisitions. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Depending on existing experience, your practice at Gunderson would involve a mix of counseling early stage entrepreneurs, representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. You will have significant client contact on a daily basis, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of venture funds. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.

Previous large law firm experience required
