Corporate and Tax Attorneys Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, one of Hawaii?s preeminent law firms, seeks established Hawaii-based corporate and tax lawyers with 5 to 10+ years of experience to complement our business transactional and advisory practice. We represent some of Hawaii?s most well-known public and privately-held businesses as well as start-ups and new players in the local and Pacific Rim economies. We provide legal counsel and negotiating and documentation services in connection with business formation, organization and restructuring, operations, and mergers, sales and acquisitions. We also represent our clients in federal, state and local tax planning and structuring to mitigate tax liability as well as resolving disputes with the IRS and other taxing authorities.
