Coordinator, Finance Operations - Credit Card Processing

This position is a remote role! Must be able to work 11:30am-8:00pm Eastern time hours.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

Process Customer Credit Card payments via Phone, SharePoint and through reports

Attention to detail: Update customer's accounts/orders with credit card information, including card maintenance in a timely manner that is compliant with established policies and procedures

Provide phone and task coverage 11:30 am- 8 pm EST.

Assists with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business need

Payment processing and research

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience, preferred

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Skills:

Customer Service Phone experience, preferred

Maintain service levels and productions goals

Attention to Detail / high quality of work and accuracy

Great organization and time management skills

SAP experience is a benefit

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks

Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution

Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments

Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

Anticipated hourly range:

$15.00 per hour - $22.57 per hour
