Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting

Experience working in general ledger, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation

Very detail-oriented with strong Excel skills

Accounting degree strongly preferred

Experience managing staff preferred

Duties

Take lead in month end close process

Take lead in year end and audit process

Supervise Accounts Payable, Bank Recs, Sales & Use Tax Reporting and Cash Management

Manage accounting staff

Work closely with other departments

Report directly to CFO

Other duties as assigned
