Control Engineer/ PLC engineer/ Panel wiring

Design and Development:

• Design electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.
• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD software.
• Select appropriate electrical components and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Wiring and Installation:

• Oversee and assist with the installation of electrical wiring, control panels, and instrumentation in accordance with project specifications.
• Perform wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical control systems in industrial environments.

System Integration:

• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineers to integrate control systems into larger automation projects.
• Ensure seamless communication between electrical components, sensors, actuators, and other devices.

Testing and Commissioning :

• Conduct on-site testing, calibration, and commissioning of control systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning phase.

Maintenance and Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for existing electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for electrical designs, wiring diagrams, and control systems.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet relevant safety standards and codes.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments related to electrical control systems.

Project Management:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of electrical control and wiring tasks for projects.
• Work within budgetary constraints and timelines to deliver high-quality solutions.
