Responsibilities

Develop engaging and informative content for property marketing collaterals, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Research and understand target audiences to tailor content accordingly.

Work collaboratively with project managers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing materials.

Maintain a strong understanding of current real estate market trends and terminology.

Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality standards.

Adhere to established brand and language guidelines.

Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

Occasionally assist with other Marketing & Communications materials when applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in content writing for Marketing/Sales materials, including Information Memorandums (IMs), brochures, EDMs, video scripts, presentation decks, ads, etc. Experience with media releases a plus.

Candidate should be comfortable to work as per Singapore time zone.

A proven track record of success in property marketing collateral development preferred.

Strong understanding of real estate terminology and market trends.

Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.

Proven ability to research and gather information effectively.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creative experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for property marketing projects, including marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, presentations, business pitches, event collaterals, will be a definite advantage.

Hands on experience in Adobe Creative Suite will be a definite advantage.
