• Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Assist in identifying instances of inappropriate content, such as harassment, misinformation, or policy violations.
• Provide feedback on content trends and common issues to support the improvement of moderation practices.
• Maintain accurate records of review decisions and contribute to team discussions on moderation strategies.
• Engage in training and development to enhance skills in content moderation.
• Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and share insights.

Requirements

• No prior experience in content moderation or related fields required.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their community guidelines is a plus.
