Overview

We are seeking individuals located in the Des Moines, Iowa area to participate in a one-time consumer focus group to provide honest feedback regarding their experience and preferences related to their home internet service. This 90-minute in-person session is designed to gather your opinions and insights to help a service provider improve their offerings to meet consumer needs. Applicants who are selected for the study will be paid $200 for 90 minutes of their time and will be reimbursed for any applicable parking fees at the location. This focus group is only for Wednesday May 14 or Thursday May 15. All qualified candidates MUST live in the Des Moines, IA area, and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Requirements

Able to attend the entire 90-minute session on the scheduled day (either Wednesday May 14th or Thursday May 15th (both daytime and evening focus group times available)

Must be the decision maker or a decision influencer regarding home internet service subscription (i.e. high speed data or fiber internet service)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must currently reside in or near Des Moines, Iowa

Must have a valid driver's license and transportation to and from the location

Must be comfortable speaking in a small group setting

No prior experience or sales involved just your honest opinion!
