About This Role

As an Enablement Specialist at Stitch, you'll play a vital role in empowering our consulting team (referred to as our Delivery team) with the training, onboarding, and enablement resources they need to thrive. You'll be responsible for equipping our consultants with the knowledge, tools, and best practices that drive success, ensuring they consistently deliver high-impact marketing technology solutions for our clients.

You'll work closely with Delivery leadership to enhance our training and onboarding experience, ensuring seamless integration into Stitch. Beyond onboarding, you'll contribute to project health monitoring, team support initiatives, and knowledge management, helping to create a structured, scalable foundation for our teams to succeed.

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in the Indianapolis area. While Stitch is a remote-first company, we fly new hires to our Indianapolis office for in-person onboarding during their first week. Since we hire frequently, we have new team members visiting nearly every week. To provide a thoughtful and effective onboarding experience, the Enablement Specialist will lead sessions in person. Because of this, we are only considering candidates who live in or near Indianapolis.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement onboarding and enablement programs that help new hires ramp up quickly and confidently.
• Occasionally interview Delivery candidates to identify top talent for Stitch.
• Provide hands-on support for the Delivery team, stepping in to troubleshoot challenges and refine processes as needed.
• Collaborate with Delivery leadership to monitor project health and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
• Assist with project reporting efforts for both clients and internal teams.
• Manage and enhance Stitch's knowledge management system, keeping internal documentation structured, accessible, and up to date.
• Identify training and process gaps, and implement creative solutions to drive efficiency and team performance.

What Does Success Look Like In This Role?

• You take full ownership of the enablement function within Delivery. You create highly engaging programs that strengthen the Stitch Delivery team's performance and impact.
• You design and refine training materials that make complex ideas clear, engaging, and actionable.
• You proactively identify and solve operational gaps before they affect team efficiency.
• You guide new hires through a smooth onboarding experience onto the Delivery team, setting them up for success in their roles.
• You actively support the Delivery team by monitoring project health, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvements.
• You are a master of time management. You balance and flex your time between delivering a high volume of training sessions and special projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a consultant in a marketing technology organization

• Experience creating and leading engaging training sessions
• Ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing knowledge-sharing platforms and internal documentation.
• A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve team operations and effectiveness.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning, professional development, and team empowerment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in the Indianapolis office multiple days a week.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
