Play a Critical Role in Disability Determination
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Consultative Medical Examiner to support the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DDDS) in ensuring fair, accurate, and regulation-compliant decisions on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Non-Grant Medical Assistance (NGMA) claims. • Analyze and interpret complex medical records for physical impairment cases
• Assess severity and functional impact of various physical conditions
• Deliver both written and verbal medical opinions to DDDS adjudicator staff
• Collaborate as part of the adjudicative decision-making team
• Participate in quarterly consultant meetings for program improvement
• Ensure adherence to federal disability policies and DDDS standards

Requirements

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state
• Washington State Compliance: Must be licensed to conduct business in WA
• Experience:
• 5+ years of disability determination consultation (DDDS or equivalent)
• 2+ years of post-graduate clinical specialty training
• Other Requirements: Not excluded from Medicare/Medicaid or federal healthcare programs

Qualification

Doctorate Degree
