This position will focus on developing and validating loss forecasting models, providing insights for strategic decision-making related to credit risk management.
Responsibilities :
1. Model Development: Assist in designing and developing loss forecasting models in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
2. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of historical loss data, identifying trends and providing insights that support model development and refinement.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams, including risk management and financial planning, to ensure the effective application of loss forecasting models.
4. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on model performance and analytical findings, presenting clear insights to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk analysis, with a focus on loss forecasting.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques and loss modeling methodologies.
- Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with credit risk frameworks and regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
