The Construction Worker is a versatile role responsible for providing general support across various aspects of the construction project. This role involves fixing warranty items, completing punch list tasks, filling in for superintendents, and providing temporary labor as needed to support project completion.

Requirements

Temporary Construction Labor:

• Provide Temporary Labor: Perform various construction labor tasks as needed, including site clean-up, material handling, and assisting tradespeople. Provide general labor support to ensure project milestones are met and construction progresses smoothly.

Punch List Completion:

• Complete Punch List Items: Perform tasks required to complete punch lists, ensuring all items are addressed before project close-out.

Warranty Items:

• Fix Warranty Items: Address and repair warranty-related issues on completed projects to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with warranty agreements.

Superintendent Support:

• Fill In for Superintendents: Provide temporary support by filling in for superintendents as needed, ensuring continuous supervision and management of construction activities.
• Site Supervision: Assist in supervising job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all punch list items are completed to the highest quality standards and meet project specifications.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
