Construction Superintendent

" Essel Environmental has partnered with a Leading Commercial General Contractor based in the Sacramento area looking for an experienced Superintendent with 5+ years of experience overallon Commercial, Residential, and DSA projects throughout the Northern California region.

Job Type: Superintendent (5+ years Exp; DSA experience preferred)

Project Types: Commercial, Rehab, DSA, Community Colleges, K-12, Residential

Duties:
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project documentation and management.
Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.
Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained.
Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing construction projects.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, ProCore, and project scheduling.
Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading.
Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
