Construction Project Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Construction, the Construction Project Manager will plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. Requirements

• 5?10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.?
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M?$50M+.?
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.?
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).?
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.?
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.?
• OSHA 30 certification required.?
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus.?
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.?
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.?
• Financial and contractual acumen.?
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation.?

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.?
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.?
• Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders.?
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.?
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards.?
• Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.?
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence.?
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.?
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.?
