Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most accomplished law firms in the Midwest, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join our Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office. This attorney will assist with matters involving construction law with a focus on the representation for design professionals and contractors. The position will also involve the handling of OHSA matters as well as other general commercial litigation. At least three to- seven years of experience in commercial litigation matters preferably with a focus on construction law
