This is a full-time on-site role for an experience Construction Litigation Attorney located in Dallas, TX. This role is best fit for an Attorney with 5 or more years experience in Construction Litigation and Premises matters. Ideal candidates will have significant experience handling document review, preparing discovery responses, assisting in interrogatory and deposition processes, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and notices for filing. Attorneys must attend trials, argue motions and participate in hearings. 5+ years of construction litigation and premises matter experience.
