Job Description


Thompson Hine LLP seeks a litigation associate to join its Construction group in Cleveland, Cincinnati or Columbus. The ideal candidate will possess three to six years of experience in construction litigation. Prior experience in construction litigation including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims and payment disputes is a plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
