Job Description
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers in Hanford, CA to support active construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment. Construction Laborers will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general job site cleanup while working alongside project supervisors and skilled trades. Responsibilities
- Perform general construction site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials such as lumber, drywall, concrete, and equipment
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies
- Remove debris and dispose of materials according to site safety guidelines
- Assist skilled trades when needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- Set up and break down job site equipment and materials
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor
- Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
