Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to resource for customers, addressing their needs with creative problem-solving and follow-through
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory to deliver solutions
• Represent the ASCO brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude (We?re On It!)
• Proactively identify sales opportunities through outreach and follow-upEducate customers on equipment through product presentations/demos
• Use CRM tools to document and manage sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Sales Managers and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
• Stay up-to-date on equipment and industry knowledge and monitor industry to maintain a competitive edge

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.??
• Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.??
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.??
• Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation and organizational skills.??
• Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment preferred.??
• lid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform.??
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.?
