Job Description
We want motivated candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle complex construction defect litigation. Other cases may involve jobsite injuries, product liability, and personal injury. You will have the opportunity to manage the entire legal process from pre-suit claim investigation to trial. Counsel must be comfortable interacting with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel; serving and responding to discovery, taking depositions, writing motions, timely reporting, and generally managing a case from start to finish.
