Winstead PC is seeking a 2-3 year attorney for a position with our Construction practice group in Austin working with Stewart Whitehead. The role is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. We are seeking an attorney with litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: ? Litigation Experience with some Construction Disputes Experience Preferred: Litigation experience required. Some experience in construction disputes including, but without limitation, disputes relating to delay claims, liens, compensation and expenses, construction and design defect would be preferred. Courtroom and deposition experience is also preferred. Strong academics: Candidates should be able to provide a transcript from a top tier law school. Writing skills: Exceptional writing skills and experience in complex legal drafting in litigation matters. A writing sample is required. Why Winstead?
