Job Description

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Condominium Janitor to join our client's team. As a family-owned staffing company, we are committed to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs. The Condominium Janitor will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of condominium common areas, providing a pleasant and hygienic environment for residents and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning of floors and surfaces in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including gardens, walkways, and parking lots.
Empty trash bins and replace liners; dispose of waste in accordance with regulations.
Monitor and restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, flexible requiring 4 to 6 hours daily, beginning at 9 AM. This is a temp-to-perm position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning positions is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
