Job Title: Concrete Laborer

As a Concrete Laborer at Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc., you will play a vital role in constructing and repairing concrete structures. This position involves working closely with various construction teams to ensure high-quality concrete work is completed efficiently and safely.

Essential Duties:

Set up forms to create walls, structures, or pillars at construction sites.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Use tools and machinery to finish surfaces, achieving a smooth and durable finish.
Install reinforcing materials such as rebar, hooks, and wires.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
