Vivante Newport Center is a Luxury Senior Living community located in beautiful Newport Beach. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality lifestyles to our Residents, and provide a broad range of specialty services focused on Assisted and Memory Care Residents.

We currently seek a Kind, Patient Concierge to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and their family members by providing outstanding care and customer service. In order to apply you MUST have a heart for seniors and demonstrate patience and kindness in every situation.

Some responsibilities include:

Greet visitors seeking information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property.

Responsible for assisting residents, family members, and guest with general requests.

Answer telephone, record and channel information, direct calls to appropriate individual or department.

Have flexibility in scheduling and assist with coverage during other shifts as needed.

Log and deliver packages to residents throughout the building.

Take Room Service Orders from residents, staff and family members.

Display knowledge of services and programs and other pertinent information about the the property.

Maintain reception area in a neat and orderly fashion.

The right candidates will possess all of the following as well as specialty areas designated below:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations
