Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Hoboken, NJ location.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
- Should be a computer savvy.
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Must properly communicate with lead concierge and Management.
Available Schedules: 1st-Sunday Monday 6am-2pm, 2nd-Friday and Saturday 2pm-10pm (Will be trained as a Floater)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
- Should be a computer savvy.
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Must properly communicate with lead concierge and Management.
Requirements
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Must pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
