Our practice groups have several openings for defense litigators with a variety of practice area experience, including specializations in: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Law Clerk experience is highly recommended. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
