Company Driver

• Transport students, staff, and materials safely to various destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and district policies.
• Inspect vehicle daily to ensure optimal safety and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with school officials, students, and parents regarding transportation schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents while on duty.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving large passenger vehicles or buses preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures related to transportation.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for early morning and late afternoon hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
