Job Description

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Roofing Service Repair Foreman to join our team. As a Repair Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion in various commercial roofing projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with production team, sales team and customers to complete commercial roofing repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on job sites.
Inspect and assess damaged roofing systems to determine the required repairs.
Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
Ensure adherence to Apple Roofing's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Handle any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the repair process.

Requirements

Requirements:

Must have experience in commercial roofing repair.
Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
