What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Property Manager , you'll lead the daily operations of high-quality medical facilities with a focus on excellence in service and care.

Tenant & Property Management

  • Serve as the main contact for tenants and owners, addressing needs promptly and professionally
  • Oversee tenant improvements, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Conduct routine property inspections and address maintenance proactively

Financial & Lease Management

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
  • Handle rent collection and lease compliance
  • Reconcile CAM charges, rent, and improvement costs

Vendor & Maintenance Oversight

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Manage service contracts and ensure timely maintenance and repairs

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly reports covering income, expenses, and leasing activity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations

Requirements

We're seeking a motivated, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings:

  • 57 years of commercial property management experience (healthcare property experience is a plus)
  • A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong financial skills and budgeting experience
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
