Practice areas should include sophisticated real estate related matters and a candidate with the following: Strong research and writing skills and the ability who is able to produce polished, professional documents. documents Knowledge of New York civil procedure. procedure Court, motion, motion and discovery experience, including e-discovery. represent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and experience: Representing clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, arbitration and mediation as well as residential commercial landlord-tenant disputes. handle Handling various aspects of litigation, include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy.
