Job Description


The Dallas office of Cozen O?Connor seeks a litigation attorney with at least five years of experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and a team player with extensive experience in all facets of commercial litigation. The attorney will manage a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, and business disputes. Must demonstrate hands-on experience throughout all phases of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting briefs, attending hearings and mediations, responding to, and objecting to discovery, and taking or defending depositions. A working knowledge of litigation reporting for insurance clients is preferred. Excellent writing and analytical skills and academic credentials are required. Must be licensed in Texas.

This position offers candidates the opportunity to perform substantive and sophisticated work on a variety of matters including transportation and hospitality law, worksite accidents involving serious injury and fatalities, professional liability defense, products liability defense, business disputes, and construction defect matters.
