Commercial Litigation Associate

Dickinson Wright is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of litigation experience to join its Phoenix office. Successful candidates must be licensed to practice law in Arizona or have the ability to waive in. The ideal candidate will also possess: experience handling discovery matters and motion practice; the ability to take ownership of portions of litigation matters; strong legal writing and communication skills; exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills; and the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
