Commercial Litigation Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our Boston office. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Litigation Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm; trial experience is a plus Experience preparing pleadings and contested motions (such as complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, applications for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunction) Experience taking and defending depositions and working with expert witnesses Desire to support fast moving deadline-driven cases, such as action to protect trade secrets, where we represent clients as both plaintiffs and defendants Excellent academic credentials (prefer law review and/or judicial clerkship) Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
