Dinsmore has immediate opportunities available for associates in the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups in the Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Dayton, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Charleston, WV; Huntington, WV; Morgantown, WV; and Wheeling, WV offices. Positions for both practice groups require a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation.

Additionally, for the Labor and Employment opportunity, responsibilities also include advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour law matters. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex cases for regional and national clients of all sizes.

A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia bar exam, or eligible for admission in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia, will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential.
