Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with business clients, assessing their insurance needs, and selling tailored commercial insurance policies. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial insurance producer or sales professional in the insurance industry.
- Keen understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to assess client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with carriers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales and client service.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and an understanding of various commercial risks.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Valid Oregon Property and Casualty Insurance license.
- Experience with CRM software and insurance management tools.
