We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with business clients, assessing their insurance needs, and selling tailored commercial insurance policies. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a commercial insurance producer or sales professional in the insurance industry.
Keen understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to assess client needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Ability to negotiate effectively with carriers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales and client service.
Knowledge of risk management principles and an understanding of various commercial risks.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred:

Valid Oregon Property and Casualty Insurance license.
Experience with CRM software and insurance management tools.
