Commercial Finance Associate

Snell & Wilmer?s Salt Lake City office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans. Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. Utah bar license is strongly preferred, but consideration will also be given to candidates barred in other states, who will be expected to sit for the Utah bar.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm?s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
