On-site Collections Specialist career opportunity at our Joplin finance office.
Rewards for Collections Specialist:

• $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + monthly bonus up to $2,100.00
• Total annual pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00

Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

• Collections account management
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings
• Assist with credit origination

Hours forCollections Specialist:

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• One weekend off a month (Sat or Mon)
• Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
• 40-45 hours per week
• Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week

Collections SpecialistRequirements:

• Collections or customer retention experience
• Able to work on-site
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer/keyboard skills
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
