Collections Manager Responsibilities:

Collections account management
Ensure customer satisfaction
Attend training classes & meetings
Assist with credit origination
Ensure proper deal jacket audit scores
Assist with verifications
Complete customer interviews

Collections Manager Requirements:

First-party collections management experience
Sub-prime experience is a plus
Computer proficiency
Customer service focus
Leadership ability

Collections Manager Work Hours:

No Sundays
5-day work week schedule
Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
One weekend off a month
Store hours: M-F 9-8, SAT 9-5
40-45 hours a week
2-3 nights until 8
