As a CNC Machinist III, you will play a critical role in our operations by setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and prototypes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior machinists and contribute to our collaborative work environment.
What You'll Do:- Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced machinists.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Experience with steam turbines is a plus

Requirements
What You Need to Bring:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with 4 & 5 Axis machining experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
