Job Description

Here at 1 Resource Group, we are excited to announce an opening for a CNC Machinist III! If you are a skilled professional passionate about precision machining and are looking to join a friendly and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

As a CNC Machinist III, you will play a critical role in our operations by setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and prototypes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior machinists and contribute to our collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced machinists.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Experience with steam turbines is a plus

Requirements

What You Need to Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Experience with 4 & 5 Axis machining experience.
Valid Driver's License.
