CNC Machinist

Here at 1 Resource Group, we are excited to announce an opening for a CNC Machinist III! If you are a skilled professional passionate about precision machining and are looking to join a friendly and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

As a CNC Machinist III, you will play a critical role in our operations by setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and prototypes. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior machinists and contribute to our collaborative work environment.

• Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced machinists.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Experience with steam turbines is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with 4 & 5 Axis machining experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
