What You Will Do

Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements

Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement

Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible.

Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs.

Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations

Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey

Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all policies and procedures help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

2 years of CMM Programming experience

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
